Our company is a supplier of high quality medicinal herbs and has the permission to cultivate several endangered medicinal plants in our farms which are located in Lahaul and Kullu valleys. We are proud to supplysustainable, genuine, aromatic and fresh medicinal herbs and botanicals to our domestic and international buyers.
Nanda Medicinal Plants Traders is supplying and exporting herbs to domestic and international pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetics, veterinary companies, extractors and distillers. Our herbs and botanicals are natural and organic. Our organic herbs are certified by SGS.
OUR SERVICES
NATURAL FARMING
For our organic plant cultivation we use only organic manure such as cow and goat manure. We maintain our the quality of our products without any pesticides.
CULTIVATING
We grow plants like Atropa belladona due to a natural system of cultivation. Natural Farming builds on natural or ecological processes that exist in or around farms.
HARVASTING
Our fields are situated in mid- to high-altitude areas. It is not possible to use harvesting machinery in such remote places. This results in us harvesting our crop manually. Manual harvesting is the preferred method for achieving high-quality control and minimizing plant damage.
CLEANING
Our company uses cold and fresh glacier water to clean the harvested herbs. As the water is not taped or filtered it helps to maintain the quality of our products.
DRYING
Our company dries the collected plants immediately after harvesting in a professional drying facility to minimise the contamination of the product.
PACKING AND SUPPLY
Jute bags are made from Urtica Dioica bark and are 100% natural. We are using jute bags for packing herbs to supply and export.

Sh. Nand Lal Sharma is the proprietor of Nanda Medicinal Plants Traders. He established the company in 1990. Mr. Sharma is trained at the Indian Himalayan Institute and Indian Himalaya Bio-Technology (Govt. of India). His is determined to provide genuine and organic freshly harvested herbs to his customers.
